Distribution - Hydroline
Hydroline offers a full range of imperial & metric tie-rod cylinders to NFPA standards.
Heavy duty rod cartridges are machined from iron for maximum bearing support & wear resistance. Unitised, threadless assembly is pilot fitted into the head on a precision bored diameter to assure true concentricity. The unitised construction contains all cartridge seals in one assembly. Standard removable retainer allows cartridge removal without loosening the tie-rods.
Piston seals are step cut iron piston rings on high pressure cylinders. Viton lip seals are available for special fluid compatibility or high temperature applications.
Urethane rod seals provide much longer wear life, & superior resistance to abrasion than conventional rod seals. Viton seals are available as an option.
Teflon tube seals are designed to prevent leakage & are compatible with virtually all fluids.
Self-centering cushions are sculptured to allow the cylinder driving force & load to be absorbed gradually & smoothly over the entire cushion length maintaining near constant pressure.
