Grease Lubrication
Dropsa produces an extensive line of equipment for grease lubrication & system monitoring. Among the most popular systems are Dual Line & Progressive Divider.
The Dropsa Dual Line 02 System is simple & reliable particularly in harsh environmental conditions. In the event of one lubrication point becoming blocked or failing, the remainder of the system is not affected & continues working without problems. Dual line systems can often exceed 60 metres in length.
The Dropsa Progressive Divider System 26 distributes the flow of a pump into separate "progressive outlets" by the use of a progressive spool arrangement. Positive lubrication feedback for all the points can be achieved by monitoring one outlet with a cycle sensor. This can also be used to calculate the amount of grease being injected into each point. Dedicated & affordable electronic control & monitoring equipment, such as the VIP Controller, are available to monitor & control the complete operation of a progressive system. The system is also available in stainless steel.
